I'm suprised at how many crap choices they gave. I just voted for the few catagories Bioware was in, and a few others for games I liked. Most of the choices were nonsensical however. Seriously, for best game soundtracks they basicly listed a bunch of guitar hero junk games. Those aren't really soundtracks! Sure they have a best original soundtrack list but they didn't even have Dragon Age amonst those games...for shame. I'll be visiting the VGA judges with a wrecking bar in hand, brb.

I'd agree, the lack of a patch for the console versions is very poor customer service. It breaks the game for many people. KotOR Was great for the Xbox - still my favourite game =) - so I don't see why Dragon Age shouldn't be just as epic for consoles as it is on PC.

Voted Dragon Age even though I haven't played it yet HA!

hard to decide on best soundtrack and best graphics, I mean I see all those games in CGI Society...Kill Zone 2 hands down best graphics. I guess I'll have to go with Assassin's Creed 2 for best soundtrack though it's tough one on that.

Best voice? of course Mark Hamill as the Joker would win that !

Dragon Age got my votes in both catergories would of liked to see it nominated for GOTY, best soundtrack, best performance human male- Alistair, human female- Morrigan, Voice- Leliana or Zevran and Best DLC- Stone Prisoner Shale pwns, GTA and Fallout 3's DLC. She's a stone golem that can join ur party for pete's sake. Oh and Mass Effect 2 got my vote for most aniticipated. I'm just glad Diablo 3 wasn't offered, it might of snagged my vote, just might. I'll be snaggin a ME2 CE though and portin my ME char into it it looks to be awesome =)

How a game that made me as stupidly happy as DA:O can not be up for GOTY baffles me. Out of everyone I know that has played it, I have only heard one complaint, and that was from my BF who would quite like his turn now.

I voted for it great role play the graphics were OK but not spectacular overall well worth it.

Sorry, but until I see major changes to the game, more adventure, and less disappointment from this game, my vote belongs entirely without question, to Demon's Souls... Maybe this company should take a vacation to Japan and study with the true video game gods. Repetition, Flaws, Bugs, Glitches, Rip-offs, and greediness do not make great games... Art, dedication, and imagination are what will make the game, worthy in my opinion, of my vote, and countless others, who I am working very hard at convincing that Demon's Souls is better. You got something amazing with characters, that's it... Origin stories too short. DLC's too short.. You base the game on technicalities...Like there is no hard level cap.. choices made affect outcome(total crap), End game+ don't make me laugh. You are trying too hard to make money, and not hard enough to make a decent game...You can do better! I still have high hopes for this game, so there's always next year..

Keep voting on the site. It appears every few days you can revote and it registers it again. I guess due to the dynamic IP of most internet service providers when you get reissued a new IP address by your IP it registers you as a new voter and can vote multiple times, lol

...and why wasn't 'Tim Currey' or 'Claudia Black' nominated for their characters? I voted for Claudia Black for her character in Uncharted 2, but really it's for Morrigan and herself of course, 'cause her voice talent is sexy!

I think I'll wait on voting for Dragon Age until they fix the corrupt saves on the XBox 360 console. No longer being able to save after investing 60+ hours just doesn't inspire "Game of the year" vibes. "Crippling Bug of the Year" perhaps...

As for Tim Curry: I think he had too short a role, as much as I like his voice.
IMHO, Steve Valentine should have been nominated (both him and Claudia Black should have gotten spots in 'best performance by a human female' and 'male', respectively).

I voted for Demon's Souls, the huge numbers of problems of the rushed ps3 port is just too much for a goty award

That list was full of weaksauce... While most of the games I voted for were ones I liked (Voted Bioware everytime I could) why wasn't DA up for Cast/voice/sound/character/GOTY? Seriously, as much as I liked CODMW2 and Halo 3: ODST, I would've voted for DA to be GOTY over both of them.
