Oooh, thank you for offering, but I'm feeling all artsy and creative so I figured I'd put a couple together myself.  I should make some Nate ones while I'm at it, one can never have enough banners.  Or Nate, for that matter.

Anyone with some favorite screenshots they'd maybe like to see in some banners, please share.

No problem, it's not a stupid question.

1. Right-click on the banner you adore, then select Copy Image Location.
2. Under your avatar to the left, hover over Profile, then select Forum Settings.
3. In the signature box type this, but replace the website address with your copied image location, and remove all spaces I added between and around the brackets: [ img ] http://www.yourimagelinkhere.com [ /img ]
4. Click Save, and you're done! Your new sig will show up in previous and future posts.

Oh, BTW, on the Fenris thread people have been sharing songs that they find applicable to the character. Does anyone here know of some Nate fanmixes or just have some favorite songs that they associate with him?

Looking through DanaDuchy's videos (love her for making those things!), I found this one of some short banter between Anders and Nathaniel in DA2:



I have replayed the Finding Nathaniel quest several times over with Anders in my party, but have never gotten banter between the two.

Have any of you triggered it? Any suggestions for me?

Hi all, hope everyone is well.  I'm so glad I found this thread, methinks the young Howe does deserve a lot of recognition, he's just so badass!

In my first playthrough I just killed him outright, I guess my F!Cousland was still pretty sore over the whole "Your dad killed my family!" thing...but then I thought he deserved another slim chance at redemption, so I let him live, not realising how very developed he was in terms of backstory.

I've tried my hand at writing a little bit of a fanfic regarding my Warden and Nate's relationship (childhood/family friends but then develops into something more *wink*wink*nudge*nudge* ).
Although, I hate the fact that she may have to choose between two men in my story: Alistair or Nate? Hmm...that's so tough! >_<

I agree. A HUGE shame. Especially since Nate's quest, and screen time, is too short in the first place...

edit: Hi Tempest18, you know that there is a third option? You can either conscript Nate ( ) or you can let him go - he comes back later!!!

Heh, yeah, I forgot to mention that after I logged off the site  My F!Cousland did conscript him although I never realised that he comes back of his own free will to join the Wardens.  Guess I need to run through Awakening a few more times! 

It was a shame that the Anders and Nate dialogue was cut, that would have been nice to hear in the game rather than just their initial "Ohai!  Haven't seen you in a while!" chat at the beginning XD

I can't deny that the same thought crossed my mind, rapunzel!

It is a pretty cute screenie though, and completely random too. I hit print sceen like mad whenever I do Nate's quest!
