He does look a little like John Lennon in those glasses.

I was thinking like "I am with the official Grey Wardens and I wear aviators" sort of glasses.
Or, "What we have heah, is failure to communicate!" mirror glasses.
Or any other set of intimidating, "I am a bada**"" set of glasses.
