I played Awakening for the first time a few weeks ago, and after recruiting Nathaniel it would of been nice to have him as a romance option(If there were romances in Awakening). It would even be more interesting if it were a human noble, too. I really hope he can be a companion in Dragon Age III! 

And who needs armor when all you have on is boots?  Haha XD.

Thought for sure it was Velanna until I saw your caption.  Poor Velanna, I used to hate her, but I just get sad thinking about her tragic situation now.

Tbh I thought that too at first sight. Sorry, sorry, sorry Avilia!

It's a tragic situation for Velanna for sure, but I just can't like her and only the maker knows why. I tried, honest!

@james, my Dalish liked her, but she's so arrogant towards all non-Dalish, so all my other Wardens didn't like her - for several reasons...

She's an interesting character with an interesting story, but I hate her tbh, maybe if I left Nate behind...; but no way that's ever going to happen.
( I'm jealous of a video game character - I'm scaring myself )

Poor Velanna - I'm not fond of her but not because of the flrting, she just gets on my wick.  I am totally on board with her hating of humans but she's just a little too one eyed about it.  Particularly when she doesn't acknowledge fault once she finds out that darkspawn took Seranni and not humans.

Even a little bit of "Oops, my bad." would have been nice

@Avilia: That's pretty much my issues with her. Her arrogance and elitistic views - how she's talking about and with City Elves - and the fact she can't admit she was wrong and also her self-pitying... but the (mutual) flirting simply put me over the edge.
As for the resemblance: I think it's the hair.  Your Ceri is beautiful and Velanna looks bitter - she could never look as flirtatious as Ceri in your commission.

Edit: Cullen's smirk is hilarious - and cute.

I loved him almost immediately; I love how he has a bit of fluff on him... I confess I love fluffy guys 

When I first played Awakenings, I d'awwed at the Nathaniel x Valenna potential.  But then I played Nathaniel's "special" quest in DA2, and wow ... Nathaniel x Anders, I ship it hard now

Your Sigrun is quite a handful...I love the way she gets Velanna wound up!
As for Nate..."odd fishhook nose"...LOL! Poor Nate! I guess his nose is pretty unique in Thedas.

Very nice story!
I like your take on fanfic and the nice turn in the end, the story within the story, the little slap-motive and of course the characters. Sigrun is so cute, and Velanna is, well, Velanna. And Nate is hilarious ... and a pig.
