Waiting for DA 3 to see if Nate shows up or if I can write a sequel without destroying future canon. Meanwhile, I am working on a non DA work of romance fiction. Nate is still number one in my heart, however. To date he is my favorite DA character, followed by Alistair and Fenris. (Ari Majorum, my wood elf stealth archer in Skyrim is in there as well.) I so wish they had developed Nathaniel more in DA 2. He would have been so much better than Sebastian.

According to sources I don't remember, David Gaider said to British TV (correct me if I'm wrong) that there was no chance of Nate in DA3 because he could be killed in Awakening... I want to get the irony (Anders?) but I can't. He also mentioned something about "maybe in a book".Carmen_Willow wrote...

As soon as DA3 comes out and we know how Thedas progresses, I will probably revisit Seer and see if a sequel is in order. I left Angharad pregnant and waiting on the wall of the Vigil for Nate to return. Don't know yet how all that is going to turn out. I adored Nate. He is the NPC I really wanted as an LI. In a way, this is great as he won't get "Anderized."
