       I enjoyed playing NWN2 on my older computer back in 2008, so I picked it up with all the expansions on steam again to finish the main campaign, using my old save. The thing is that when the siege of the Keep occurs and Garius appears and summons the King of Shadows avatar, it won't show up. I need to kill it in order to keep on with the story,  so I pretty stuck with Garius nearly dead forever. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Great, there seems to be some sort of workaround, will try that in a second. Thanks for the heads up kevL.
