At the top it says that this forum is only for Dragon Age II demo so where is the link to get technical support for the actual game? I go to the Bioware website and can not find a the forum for technical support for the actual game? I looked at the bottom of the coresponding page and can see no link.

The technical support is the same as EA-support since they own Bioware. The forum are most used by other gamers who help each other out with their problems and that's done for the full game in the forum for:
