Yeah, I agree with others here that Hawke was referring to Leliana as the lay sister in Lothering, not as the companion to the Hero of Ferelden.

As an aside, what is OGB and what do the letters stand for? :P

Morrigan's Old God Baby that happens sort of regardless of whether or not your Warden slept with her.

Ahahaha! Okay, thanks for that! I didn't even realize that happened! :P lol

Sure doesn't.

Well, to be fair, she does end up preggo regardless if you slept with her or not.  If the epilogues are to be believed anyway.  Whether or not it's still OGB, is debatable.

There is more than Leliana than we expected. Turns out Revered Mother Dorothea, the one who rescued her from Leliana's Song, is in fact the Divine.

Chances are, Leliana's been a seeker from even before DA:O, and could have been fooling your Warden all along.

I thought the Seekers of the chantry was founded after the last battle in kirkwall and both mages and templars rebelled.. Posted Image

No they've been around for awhile at least from what I gathered but are a more secretive organization than the circle or templars. They are supposed to watch the templars, clergy, etc. as a sort of secret police for the Chantry. Someone correct me if I've gottent this all wrong.

On a side note: I like the idea of Leliana being a seeker all along; would definitely go with her character being a master spy type.

No its not, it isn't the OGB if you didn't do the dark ritual its just a normal baby.

Morrigan only ends up pregnant if a male PC has sex with her or you perform the Dark Ritual. She doesn't get pregnant with female PCs. She doesn't get pregnant with a male PC who never has sex with her.

I could only accept this if they explain the mechanism by which she was raised from the dead.

Do you remember Wynne from the first game? Do you remember her backstory? In it, she's on the brink of death, but is saved by a powerful spirit. In fact, every moment of her existence is due to her drawing life from that spirit.

The Temple with the Sacred Ashes is full of spirits. The massive amounts of lyrium mean the Veil is thin there. You deal Leliana a mortal blow and a spirit pops up and says, "Join with me and I'll save you!"

Is she going to say no? She thinks the Maker senses her visions. She's in a holy place. Leliana would probably assume it was the Maker's will.

Or it could even be the Maker himself. She did say she sensed him and had visions. Sure most were probably thinking she was crazy. But what if she was right the entire time?

There's a difference between being on the brink of death, and not having a head.

They will never confirm nor deny the existence of the Maker. There will be a plausible non-divine explanation for her survival/resurrection.

@Wulfram: The game doesn't make that distinction. Another reason I'm glad DAII got rid of death blows.

I'm gonna call that not  part of the equation. I cut off Teagon's head and he got up and was talking in the following scene...

So what? I cut off Zevran's head too, and he was merely unconscious and could somehow join my party later on. You telling me he grew a head back suddenly?

Haha I hadn't thought about that, but that can happen, can't it? :>

As long as they don't bring everyone back that I kill and come up with reasons behind some surviving I can look past it. The one that made me go "wtf" was when I killed Oghren in the party camp and then he was alive in Awakening, and also how the warden could be brought back to life in Awakening (although I never did this because it seemed so messed up). At least Shepard got lazarused...
