The solution is to edit your savegame to change Aveline's appearance to the default human female instead of her unique appearance. I'm working on some way to build-in something into my mod so the end-user doesn't have to do that, but it's still an alpha release, so it's pretty far down on my to-do list.

I'm already aware of that mod, and I know how he does it... but it involves editing existing .gda enteries, and I'd like to avoid that if I can to preserve compatibility with other mods. Right now, I've only editied a single line for Aveline's armor so it doesn't cover up her feet. Everything else is an addition.
I may end up having to take his route, and I'd be okay with that... but it's not an ideal solution if it makes my mod incompatible with anything else that edits the same lines.

The colors - green and purple clash and it looks more comical then WAR like. I can't help but think of the Joker when I see those two colors together. I would use more subdued, darker colors. I wouldn't stray too far from the original Anders second outfit since that has this black revolution thing going on with it.

New features are Anders's armors, and icons for all outfits!

I've spent the last week bashing my skull against my monitor trying to figure out why Varric's outfit won't tint. Thanks to tmp7704, I SOLVED THE PROBLEM. Thus, I give you:

The tint is a leftover from Isabela that I never ended up implementing, which is why his shirt is so wild. But I think the purple leather coat looks awesome.
So, I'll be uploading 0.7 alpha as soon as it's finished, which will hopefully be tomorrow.
Roadmap for the future: 0.8 alpha will add the twins (who only have a single upgrade, found in Act I).
0.9 will be my beta release, and will be (hopefully) feature-complete. Sebastian will be added, and I'll implement my plans for appearance reversion and the stacking default!armor stats (the latter might require a new game), so that the end-user doesn't have to do anything except drop the folder in and start the game.
