Unable To Get Mass Effect Code on Bioware Sequel Celebration

We were unable to verify that you have activated your Online Pass.
Online Pass verification may take up 72 hours to detect. Please make
sure you have followed the 3 steps below. If you still receive this
message 72 hours after following these steps please contact EA Customer Support.

  • Activate the Online Pass content that came with your copy of Dragon Age II (The Black Emporium).
  • Start the game and log in using your EA Account or create a new EA Account.
  • Return to the offer page, enter your Online Pass code and click "Submit".


I got my game last month at 10th of March.I activated the online pass and downloaded all the available premium DLC soon after I got my game.I have been playing online ever since and beaten the game once(with all Sebastian's mission completed).
I entered my code after I heard about the event 5 days ago and I still got the same message above.This is the fifth day I tried,can anyone tell me what went wrong?

I had the same problem. I solved it by hitting the EA support site,

http://support.ea.com

go into Contact us. Did a chat and got my code for ME2 in like 10 minutes. Good luck

I did the same thing as @meaddict - got my ME2 in 6 minutes, including the time needed to take and upload a photo of the manual (take one if you're planning on contacting EA).

I cant get my code either :( Mine says that the code is not reconized? Im using the same code for the black emporium.

Go to EA support. I had the same problem and got my code on live chat
