Ok...
We meet the Hawke's at the time right after Lothering falls. One could assume that their trip to Gwaren and then their trip by ship to Kirkwall took a long time. Remember, Gwaren is waaaay south by the southern edge of the Brecilian Forest.
This could mean that by the time Hawke got to Kirkwall, the events of Origins were well advanced.
This could also mean that, depending on how long their trip was, the blight was ended at some point during Hawke's first year in Kirkwall. Thus, the events of Awakening could have happened during the second half of Hawke's first year.
This could also mean that Anders gets to Kirkwall from Amaranthine (which is much closer to Kirkwall than Gwaren) by the time you take control of Hawke at the start of his second year in Kirkwall. This may be why Varric hears about the Grey Warden around that time and tells you rather than checking it out for himself earlier. Since, after all, they were probably planning the expedition before then.
Now, if the above is considered to be true, then the timeline fits in the sense that the Warden Commander could go on to WH after that.
As far as Felsi is concerned, one could argue that either A, Dwarves have a significantly shorter gestation period or B... she was pregnant with Oghren's baby before she left him and just didn't tell him (or you).
A lot of speculation and requires some heavy suspension of disbelief but... well I tried
