I have run accross some pretty wild mods for the game, cool looking
armor etc etc.  Anyways how do I install them?  So far I have..

1. Downloaded texmod and extracted it to a folder on my desktop.
2. Ran texmod so it points to c:\\games\\Mass Effect 2\\MassEffect2Launcher.EXE
3. Downloaded a mod and extracted it to a folder on the desktop
4. launched texmod and clicked the little folder icon under package mode and located the mod and then fired up the game.

Nadda..
zip.. tried it with multiple mods with no luck.  What do I need to do? 
Lots of details would be good so I dont have to keep coming back for
more help lol.

If anyone knows a simple and easy way to install mods please let me know, thanks.  I read some of the stickied thread but that was more geared towards mod creators.
