When you want to register a game is states that the number is outside on the box and it would look like 123456789012. Now i have looked all games (DA / DOA / DA2 / ME / ME2) and no number outside of the box. only inside on the book/manual there is on the back a registration code (which look likes 12345). That code is not accepted.

So where is the code that i must input ?????

They are talking about the UPC code on the outside of the box.
