I sorta killed Jack off in my first play through. She wanted to be in the second fire squad or at least she wanted to prove something. I was only pissed she died because it was my default Shep model.

The very topic is OOC. It is the character "Jack" in game, not the voice actor, so what's your point?

You can be pretty damn sure that every relevant voice actor had to sign a contract for the rest of the series.

They're probably allowed to confirm once they've recorded their lines. I know that a month or so ago, Yvonne Strahovski (Miranda) was asked about it on Twitter if she could confirm if she was coming back for ME3. She said "No" however, it sounded like she was saying she couldn't confirm, which would make sense as she's still really busy with shooting "Chuck", so she can't record her lines yet. So I'd guess once you've recorded your lines, you're free to say you've done so.

I have never heard of an actor signing a NDA fro something they are not in...therefore I will say this all but confirms Jack for Mass Effect 3

Hmmm, if she's not working for Bioware then she can tell people she doesn't have the job - actors do this all the time about internet rumors that crop up. But if she IS working for Bioware... then yes she can be legally told to shut up.

Jack is back.

She might be in the game but not voicing jack and she might just as easily be not working on his game at all. Bioware wouldn’t want her stating she wasn’t working on the game because then everyone would know Jack wasn’t coming back and it would ****** her fans off. Still the way she said that makes me think she is coming back and she is and LI so she will probably get a cameo at the very least. I hope she gets more than that.

Not necessarily. I've had to sign NDAs for projects I never worked on, as part of even visiting that company's offices. Also, I'd imagine that, by now, Bioware makes everyone sign a multi-game NDA when they voice a character "I will not reveal whether I am in this game or any sequels, related projects, etc." 

That said, they've heavily implied that nearly every squadmate will at least be cameod. So live in hope!

anyone else wonder if jack will be in the game if you broke up with her? I broke up with her (because of the DLC's started a romance with her before miranda) and got with miranda and she never talked to me again and always said F-off lol.

I'm sure she will be back, I just wanted to see if she was able to say since Joker and EDI's voice actors did. BioWare would be crazy not to go out of their way to get Courtenay Taylor back as Jack. She's amazing.

Unless we are going to destroy the reapers with a huge biotic laser bean, I don't think Jack will have a big hole in ME3, which doesn't stop her from being a squadmate, specially considering she is a LI.

If Jack doesn't come back then Ash and Jack won't have a chance to discover each other and plot revenge. "shudders" that would be an epic battle. I ..... might lose. Garrus we need a contengency plan. get the other guys even Mordin.

Admittedly that last tweet does sound like she's done voicing Jack. Hopefully it just means she's done her lines for ME:3 already! Just gotta play the waiting game now.
