True story to how Shep's birthday was figured out: several months back with nothing to do, I asked Miss Christina Norman via Twitter what Shep's birthday was. She tweeted back that she'd get back to me on that, and not long after, she replied that it was April 11.
So, with that in hand, I went to the Mass Effect wiki to add that newly aquired info to Shep's page, but that got promtly deleted by the folks there that always second guess anything I have to add there. (you'd think with a fellow who calls herself Soren Alenko, they'd take a listen)

I'm meandering off topic here. So here's a very happy birthday song for you Commander!

32.  Born on April 11, 2154, Mass Effect 1 takes place in 2183, and Mass Effect 2 take place in 2185.  Add a year to that and Shepard is 32
