Which companions respond the most positively to a sarcastic/charming Hawke?

I was wondering which compnaions can I expect to like me and which I can expect to hate me as a result of this type of character behaviour.

Since you said bisexual, if you're playing a female, this is the opportunity for the one of the best lines hidden behind obscure requirements.
Isabela: Do you want to have some... <sultry voice> "girly fun?"
Hawke: <sarcastically> So what, you want to go shoe shopping?
God bless sarcastic Hawke. It's like Greg House as a demigod.

Hmm, I may have to go more diplomatic for Anders since I plan on nailing him.
Definitely. Anders has a sense of humor. Justice/Vengeance does not.

Romances are easy--just use the flirt lines. My snarky & sarcastic Sarah Hawke totally nailed Anders with no problems!

Thats strange I've always been sarcastic with Aveline and she seems to respond well.
I think it depends on the context - sometimes she's cool with it, but I've had her be like "NOT NOW HAWKE" or other kind of, "don't be a douche" lines...

How do you get this line? I've romanced Izzy in all three of my playthroughs and never seen it. I've also only gotten the whole "I've been waiting three years for you to admit that." line once. This saddens me.Rifneno wrote...
Anders and Aveline both hate it. Which is odd, because Aveline openly admits to trolling Hawke in one conversation. Isabela and Varric love it, Varric especially. Merrill... I'm not sure she gets it.

I'm guessing sarcastic has to be your dominant personality for the line Rifneno mentioned. And I got the "I've been waiting three years" line when I romanced her on a diplomatic character, not sure if that's a requirement though since I've only played her romance on that one character.noxsachi wrote...

When 'Bela comes to Hawke's estate, don't flirt with her after her comments about Lowtown - she then makes the first move with the 'girly fun' line, choose the ? option
The 'waiting years' comment is for primarily diplomatic personality I think.

As a diplomatic all that gets me is a rather dull "what do you mean?".MoogleNut wrote...

Merril you get very mixed results with. She usually doesn't get that you're joking, So either it fails badly, or She misinterprets your sarcasm as agreeing with her and you get bonuses.
Anders does well with WittyHawke, as long as you avoid making jokes about the plight of mages or his 'condition.'
Aveline gets along okay with WittyHawke, but some of her personal conversations you may need to be a little more aggressive to get the best response. Humor is fine, just avoid lines that sound like you're abusing her position for personal gain.
Sebastian is usually fine. WittyHawke (if firmly cemented to that personality) can pull off some truly tasteless sounding humor options with Seb. (i.e. 'A bow is better than a family.') Jokes that come off badly if one of the other personality attempts them.

Yeah, diplomat Hawke is a dull Hawke - I just gave up half-way through act 3 with diplomat Hawke in a rivalmance with 'Bela because she was so boring - now I've gone back to witty but noble Hawke which is much more fun to play.
(Plus 'Bela was mean to me every time I accidently clicked on her - made me feel worse than trying to rival Merrill

She seems to get your jokes more as the game goes along

Well yes. And she gives me my favorite description of WittyHawke:
"How do you do that? Make everything better with a smile? Its like a kind of magic that doesn't get you into trouble."

I think there is one conversation where only the diplomatic or flirt option leads to friendship points while the purple and red options lead to Justice coming out for a mini-rant. That's the only case I can think of where Anders actually reacts negatively to Snarky Hawke, though.
Generally for him as long as you're pro-mage, tone doesn't matter at all.

Never had him respond so well in that conversation but it's nice to see him laughing at something other than blackmailing Ser Thrask.

This. I made one flirt response to her in Act I, then when she comes to the Hawke estate in Act II, went with sarcastic options, passing up the flirt ones.

This sums things up pretty well. Better description than my "Anders and Aveline hate it" anyway. They're okay with it against other people, but don't joke to them personally about things they're serious about. Sarcastic Hawke must always be a mage, because he/she can cast "Summon: Justice."

I think it's one of the things that might be meant to encourage players to mix up the personalities a little? Which I like--I've found I enjoy myself the most when I have a personality in mind that supersedes the "tones" and pick whichever I think fits the Hawke I have in mind the best for each response.
EDIT: I just realized that's probably not as helpful as I meant to be. ^^;;
I can't tell you for sure who does well with both the most, but I can tell you what happened with my mostly-sarcastic playthrough.
My first PT I decided the character would be a devil-may-care thrillseeker sort. She tended toward Sarcastic, Aggressive and Blunt, but more on the sarcastic side. Diplomatic choices popped up sometimes, but were rare.
I maxed out friendship with Bethany easy, although I think I had Hawke generally be nicer to her since they were close. Varric and Anders I maxed out on friendship, too--Varric definitely seems to appreciate snark, and my character was pretty pro-mage (or really more pro-anarchy, but it translated to basically the same thing) so Anders didn't much mind her. Fenris maxed out on rivalry since they disagreed on the mage issue, but he didn't seem to mind her being sarcastic at him for the most part.
Aveline tended to bounce back and forth between Friendship and Rivalry, but I think she was closer to Rival in the end--but I think that was more because Hawke was more prone to attack people than try to find lawful solutions, than anything. Merrill was pretty much in the middle, but I didn't keep her with me much. Isabela was friends with Hawke, but not enough to stick around past Act II when my Hawke tried to convince her that she should give the book back to the Arishock. (Don't ask me why my Hawke would do that. I think I slipped up in my roleplaying at that part.)

Fenris also respond well to it. I don't think I've ever gotten negative approval points from him due to my Hawke's witty remarks.
Merril likes it, but rarely understands what Hawke means.
Sebastion will chuckle at Hawke's jokes, but it's best to take a diplomatic route for more serious issues. Aveline is similar, just more serious more often.
Anders is the worst, such a buzzkill that guy. Although he seems okay with it on occasion so long as it's not about his "issues." He responded surprisingly well when my Hawke joked with him during his love scene (although the threesome remark didn't appeal to him much.)
