I've been trying for a month and still my Sig. Ed. Content is Unauthorised

I've tried using the game support system, which has resulted in me being given the same advice three times (Twice in the same message) but it's for Dragon Age: Origins and it doesn't work for DA2.

I registered the game and my content exactly a month ago now and my entitlements page fully reflects that. I have downloaded (three times) and installed the files (three times) with no effect. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game fully. At first I only had the Dragon Age legends items and two of the three books but during my first attempt using the Game Support system I was told I hadn't registered my game. I had done it on the day of release but whatever, bugs occur thousands of people all registering games and content someone will end up glitched.

After that I have had access to the Boots of the Frozen wastes and the third of the Books in addition to the other content I've named but none of my other entitlements. The Staff of Prathalan, Hindsight, Hayder's Razor and the Blood Dragon Armour are all on my entitelments page but they aren't on the Extras page. Fade Shear and The lion of Orlais aren't present on the Extras page or in the game.

My Signature edition DLC, the Black Emporium, The Exiled Prince are all marked as Unauthorised even after trying the fixes I've read about. No "addins.xml" file to make changes to and I deleted the file "profile.dap" but still Unauthorised.

I'm seriously getting sick of this, if this is what I can expect with The Old Republic and Mass Effect 3 then I haven't the least inclination to fork out and spend a month unable to make full use of the product I was sold.

EDIT: What compelled me to post was getting technical support the third god damn time giving me advice I'd twice pointed out was no use to me because it was god damn Origins.

Well I can't see what the problem could be if you are logged in when you play but if you're not then I strongly recommend you to log in and try again.

I have logged in, logged out, RE-logged in changed settings, turned off and on all manner of programmes that apparently interfere with games and still nothing.

A friend even logged onto his account with my computer and his content worked fine.

And let me emphasise I've been doing this for 32 god damn days.

Dr. H did you call tech support. If not get someone on the phone and get some answers. It's a shame you are not getting the full experience.

that site on the account your logging into in game this webpage does list the DLC right? and you have downloaded and installed the DLC's right? you have to install all 3 separately.

My user entitlements page has an entry for Signature Edition Rewards, The Black Emporium, The Exiled Prince which all must be downloaded and installed to my games location separately.

The Staff of Prathalan, Hindsight, Hayder's Razor and the Blood Dragon Armour are all in a chest inside the black emporium as far as I recall (I know some of them are) so thats why ya can't get those yet since ya can't get there.

How far into game are you? The icon for Black Emporium isn't there as a location you can get to? it should be to the bottom left of the icon for darktown as one of the small hexagons.

Fade Shear and The lion of Orlais are pre order items that come off a 3rd key that wasn't in the game (the shop you bought it at is meant to give this key to you on a separate card at time of collection).

So did your shop even give you a pre order key? If not take it up with the shop.

Right underneath my Profile picture I have an Icon for each BioWare game I own (and that's just the ones tracked by this site, If it has a BioWare stamp I own it). I fully comprehend this system. I have downloaded and installed, RE-dowloaded and RE-installed (three more times) every piece of content on my entitlements page. I have uninstalled and re-installed the game twice.

I have had it since release day and getting it was pretty much the first thing I did on March 11th. I used my codes (Just like with Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age: Origins - Ulitimate Edition and Mass Effect 2) and my entitlements page has EVERYTHING except for the few items that were from specific stores.

Is anyone even bothering to read any of this before they tell me things I tried four weeks ago?

You, sir, are correct - these people have a SERIOUS reading comprehension problem, all over this forum.  It's very frustrating!  

Also, about your issue, every member of the EA tech support dept should be fired, immediately.  They're far more of a detriment to EA's customers than they are a benefit.  How about EA spends the money they waste on their version of "tech support" and instead focus on making games that WORK and DON'T NEED TECH SUPPORT.  People in this forum are constantly blaming bioware, but everything is directly EA's fault - the bugs, the support, etc.  They force all their developers to release a game when it reaches beta status.

Unfotunately, your issue is one that people on this forum won't be able to help with, despite pretending they can.  It's a bug with the DRM online activation that needs to be fixed on the back end.

Yeah I read it all but you didn't say anywhere that you actually got or entered the pre order key for 
Fade Shear and The lion of Orlais and I know what pricks stores are at not giving them out.

What programs do you have that might have compatability issues with game? I know for a fact even disabled/closed programs can still stop **** running and have to be fully deleted.

But honestly your issue sounds as if the keys haven't fully registered on account since your friends account unlocks them its not your install or setup. I assued typing all your codes into site to add them right now says they are already used?

Yep, all redeemed. I even got another code from tech support and still no good. I got a message from tech support earlier today saying that the engineers are aware of the problem and working on it... so, yeah I guess I'm never getting my god damn content.

I swear to effing eff that if I have a single issue with TOR I'm done with BioWare for at least two years till they get their act together.
