Ugh. I hate her and that conversation just for the awkward and screeching repetition of that one line. "Guillaume, darling!"
She made Isolde seem more likable.

Only because I can sit back and calmly reply, "Oh, no, please continue. This is fascinating," after catching her in the lie. Wait, also because Varric gets to chuckle after mimicing her mincing words about how "filthy" the Hanged Man is. Oh, and because Fenris just looks down at the dwarf and shruggingly admits, "It IS filthy."
Sometimes all you can do is laugh. Isolde NEVER made me laugh. She was a complete witch and if it hadn't have broken Alistair's poor heart who still saw Eamon and his family as HIS family, I woulda killed the wench.

Ah, that's one of my most favorite scenes.

I love that scene too. The way she says "We have guests!" and the camera just pans over to Hawke sitting there politely... hilarious!
I do worry about a game set entirely in Orlais, though. I think I'd be twitching with irritation about 10 minutes into it.

A game full of Dulcis or Isoldes would kill any non smelly cheese loving person in one fell swoop.

I can't believe Emile didn't really turn to blood magic, kudos to him--Can you imagine living with her? Going to the Circle at age 6 was probably a mercy.

I just realised you might be right about it being set in Orlais, oh god help us. Granted alot of the voice acting in bioware games can be intolerable, hell its better than oblivion and its fine 6 people cast.
It seems likely it'd be set in Orlais.. if you talk to Bodahn sometime in Act III, he'll say how he thinks it's time for them to move on. I said that if he was really worried about Sandal then I'd watch over him, and to that he replied that Sandal was already offered a place in the Empress of Orlais's court. Since they've followed us in DA:O and DA2, if it follows that trend then... MAKER HELP US.
Anyways, I thought that scene was hilarious, especially the bit with Fenris and Varric after. They seem to find the most annoying voice actors for all the people from Orlais. I want to smack them all.

*snip*.
I rather like the notion of having DA3 set in the Tevinter Imperium. Failing that, a brief tour might be pleasant. Among the blood sacrifices, you know!

That exchange cracks me up every time. Especially given that Fenris isn't exactly one to talk, what with living in a mansion full of corpses and cobwebs that hasn't been cleaned in years.

Much better if they were suddenly retconned into being Russian and some Tevinters showed up speaking the Queen's Latin.

On a totally awesome follow-up note, going to the De Launcet mansion afterwards has one of the most hilarious conversations in the game.
