What is the best 2 hand sword you can get before you enter Deep Roads Quest, and where can I find it?  This is my second play through and I have a 2 hander this time.  I want to be able to chop that Rock Wraith or what ever it's called, down with the best sword I can get.  Any ideas?

Hayder's Razor is decent (I think you get it from finishing the demo) and probably the best pre-Deep Roads, however you can pick up Oath-breaker during the deep roads which is the best 2h weapon up through most of Act II.. So pretty much just use Oath-breaker despite it been a hammer and making weird thumping sounds haha

I have some Superior Great Sword right now with a bunch of hp and 10% physical damage added to it. It has like 42 physical damage. Best one I have found so far.

26 physical damage
(43 per second)
+82 attack
+23% healing to this character

The healing part is useful and unless you have 100% attack, the increased attack will probably help. But depending on how high your attack score is already, you might be better off with the 10% physical damage, who knows?

I ended up using one called The Celebrant. Was +20ish% threat and some other decent stats, found it doing merrill's last quest so it was top end of the damage spectrum. Doesn't look nearly so cool as The Summer Sword but i didn't find it or some that looks like it in my play-through.

If you have the signature edition The Might of Sten is pretty decent at 20 dmg.
