I have been having horrible problems since downloading Arrival and after a ton of different trail and errors I have found that the pronblem lies with being signed into my main gamer profile. For some reason, the game freezes right after the EA logo every time I boot up signed in as my primary gamer profile. I can bootup just fine without being singed in or as a different profile but as soon as I switch to my normal one the game freezes.
Does this make sense to anyone?
I have cleared my cache a ton of times so it is something specifically to do with my profile. SO strange.
Mass Effect 2 will not run while using my Gamer Profile but fine for others

What I would want to say is that it could be that your Gamertag has become corrupted for some reason. Having 'said' that I couldn't find out much about corrupt Gamertags though. But as a side question: have you tried to recover your Gamertag to see if that helps?

Yeah I figure that is the next step; I need help from Live support though since the email and password were set way back in the old XBox days and I have NO idea what the password is. Hopefully wiping the profile and recovering my gamertag will clear things up and I will post results.
