In Mass Effect 3 you get to save Rana Thanoptis's life. Provided you are successful you exchange some quips about her owing you a drink. Now provided you don't have a love interest, BAM! Shepard marries Rana in the epilogue. It would be really cute and sweet
Seriously, I want someone relatively normal for my love interest.
Will you give Rana Thanoptis a 3rd chance in ME3?

You know since I always wanted to give her the 3rd chance in ME2 I never noticed you couldn't kill her. I just never even tried to find that option.

After seeing her in ME2 all my subsequent playthroughs of Mass Effect 1 have her dead so I can't exactly "spare her" again as she's already radioactive dust floating over the seas of Virmire.
However, I fully expect to play Mass Effect 1 and 2 at least 2 more times after ME3 comes out, despite the fact that I've already played a combined 24 games. FML man.
