So, I did what just about everyone does, and I forgot to grab the Scraping the Barrel quest in Lothering.  Is there any way to use the toolset to activate the quest in your journal?  I've already found a guide to force my character into Lothering, but the quest no longer exists with the Irregulars box.  As I said, is there any way to edit the quest into my journal?
