Both tanking and dps, cause I occasionally switch over to dps for funzies

"Best" is subjective. Bloom seems to be pretty popular; it's an axe from one of the Awiergan scroll bosses on Sundermount. It does cold damage and has a chance to heal with each blow, which makes it good for tanking, and it has two sockets, which makes it good for dps (rune of devastation, primeval lyrium rune) against any non--cold-immune.
