Sometimes player models will just not show up during cutscenes.

cases where it's happened for me:
the start of miranda's loyalty mission, if i do the renegade interupt shepard vanishes
end of thane's loyalty mission, if i pick the paragon option "your father is dieing" thane will vanish
middle of tali's loyalty mission, her father's corpse dissapears during the cutscene even though it's there during the level.


what could be causing this?

aswell the hologram of talis father tends to be gone in som playthrougs
