Plenty of mods add Izzy's hair and scarf, but always with the giant earrings and lower lip stud. 

Is there any chance of getting one without the other?

Would take editing the mesh, they are part of the model.

no its possible with texture and mao files. and acutally included in mine and others mods. there's a file on this mods page free to use for other mods. thats where i got it and then put it into my own mod.

you will have to edit your textures alpha channel to make it work. just the file wont be enough. its all in that guys readme though

Edit:  not seeing anything about that in the readmes or the comments for the two packs...

Not being a modder myself, I didn't think to check that one.

Seems to be working without the edit.

ah right, he included blue and red scarf already edited. though if you wanna use it with different colors you will either have to blacken out parts of the alpha map or download a mod that already has that. anyway, have fun
