If you play through Return to Ostagar, Wynne actually hits on Alistair so yes she still has interest in that, Jestina.

Oh by the way, all women have the same body type for humans and all female elves have the same body type and all female dwarves have the same body type. It's why Wynne looks so good for her age her body is that of a twenty year old while her face is that of a fifty something year old. They didn't bother to make old people look old and young people look young. It was "One body size fits all" per race.
