  I pre-ordered dragon age 2 from best buy before the cut off date for the signature edition. I get to best buy and they don't have my copy over heard employees saying "there were just 2 copies here" but i am told they didn't get enough copies and they will figure this out well long story short they didn't. I'm tired of the run around so i get stuck with the normal version. I was wondering if it's possible to get what I was promised straight from the source seen various post that indicate I can. I have original pre-order receipt and any necessary info to help prove the legitimacy of my claim. This is my last hope to get what was promised but if i don't hopefully bioware can give us the option to enter receipt sku for pre-order on this site or something linked to our account/email to ensure customers get what they are promised. Some Best buys didn't even know what I was talking about at other locations turns out they just put them on the floor to sell they had no clue about the time sensitive upgraded pre-orders. Again I know it's not your problem/fault but am hoping you can understand my situation. I'll be extremely grateful if you can help me but even if you can't I'll remain a loyal customer/fan but will obviously find a different pre-order source. Was wondering also if it's just me are were others stuck in the same predicament?
