Free ME2 means all DA:O DLC is now unauthorized?

Since I installed Mass Effect 2 using the promo code given (because I own DA2), now when I log into DA:O, all of the DLC I bought through the Bioware site says it's "Unauthorized" (within the game itself) even though everything still shows up on my registered game content HERE.

(And yes, I am logging in with the same account - I only have one.) I think it may have something to do with the fact that I was forced to use the EA Download Manager and had never even seen that thing before (I way prefer Steam).

There's been a server problem since last Friday which is affecting DA:O DLC, it is being investigated but there's no signs of as fix atm!

Currently, EA is shifting payment accounts to a new filing system or something like that. One result of this transition is CC transactions for BioWare Points showing up on CC bills with the shorthand code "RECUR", or "Recurring". Obviously Points purchases are one-time, but the point (no pun intended) is that this shift is causing all kinds of problems that will be ironed out eventually.

well apparently this has been going on quite a while now, I still can't access my DLC even tho I own it and it says here that I have it, even on the game it says it was installed but it is "unauthorized"

There have been problems with DLC and the various games connecting to the servers since the NWN forum hack a few weeks ago.
I can't start any DA or ME games without having them give me a load of crap about not being able to connect to the servers, or complaining that the DLC isn't authorized, etc.
Unfortunately, this really isn't the place to bring it up. This particular section is for issues relating specifically to the store. Any help we're likely to see is going to come from the tech support areas for the game in question.
