Since the tome trick from DAO doesn't exist anymore, and tomes themselves poof as you get them, the only other option other than using quest complete trick to extra level your chars(I tend to only get a extra level or two, and finish at 25-27 at the end of game), is there any way to dupe the +1 talent/spell potions in Black Emporium?

the DAO dupe glitch is still alive in DA2

Yeah, unlike in DAO where Bodahn's stuff reset so you could have access to two, heh, oh well.
