I tried to change the portraits of some uploaded characters but it just didn´t show in the online profile.

Later I figured out they will only update if you change something on his appearance or the attributes.

Only a minor problem but still...

Is the tatoo thing every gonna be fixed? its annoying me its like as soon as I upload my Dalish Female Elf and she gets on the site than she has like 2 tattoos on her face, and ONE isn't supposed to be there:(

Tried to upload my character and it gave me an error about my filename being "profane". I've always used the name "Mongo" (from Blazing Saddles) without issue. Regardless, after receiving the error, it locked up with the "Uploading info" message. There appeared to be an "Ok" button behind the message, but I couldn't click it. CPU went to 100% and I eventually had to abort the process and abnormally terminate the app.  This is 100% repeatable.

I can get it to repeat every time, just by clicking and sliding the beard selector bar. Cheeks go way in and my guy looks like he's spent 3 months on a bread and water diet!

I seem to suffer from some stuff either not saving or loading from the .chr too.

Loading an existing Dalish elf female to edit/upload, she forgets her eye shape setting every time. (This on top of the same old: anything but first head preset for humans is not displayed).

I uploaded my characters last night, and they still don't show. It said it may take an hour but it has been 15 or so. Is there just a backlog, or should I be trying to fix something?

I created a female human rogue, but when I decided to change her to a female human warrior (only changed the class) all the appearance settings reseted to the default ones.

Whoever saw my post there and looked into it THANK! I did a search on my character to see if anyone else had one close and saw all of mine show up, uploaded 8 minutes ago. I appreciate the quick response! (Or the luck if it just happened to go through now lol.)

Whenever I try to login or upload my character I'm constantly getting

"The dragonage servers could not be contacted.
Please try again"

I've been getting this since I installed it yesterday and am using the same logon details for this website.

Not sure if its linked but everytime I do an action on this website it takes me back to the logon screen even though I'd selected Remember Me, and I have to input my logon details again and then it will take me to the next screen.

I fixed all my video  problems. I am using a RADEON video card. Here is what I found out and what I did.

9.8 is the current version, which I had installed originally. Then I after loading a much older version, I was encountering the same graphic mess on the left side of the screen that many have posted, plus some other random issues. That made me dig further which is when I found the the above message. The full message is also on the link below.

By loading the 9.3.1 drivers/apps, all my video problems went away, as well as the problem with my pc just freezing, or the mouse disappearing, or the GPU resetting.

I downloaded the "Full Software Suite"

When I re-edited my character to change the portrait, after I finished the changes and re-uploaded it, the character stats and equipment disappeared from my character profile on this website (the portrait updated properly, however).



I am not sure why this hapenned, but it is probably a bug worth looking at.

EDIT: Nope, it did not.  And here's the full error message:

This issue suddenly resolved itself for a minute when I tried to upload again today.  However, the character's portrait had reset since I saved it, so when I fixed that and then uploaded it again, the server error message happened again.

the only issue I have is when I go to edit a created character it keeps going to a tattoo I never put on the character and when change it and save it goes right back to that tattoo.

I have flickering and black textures when using fullscreen and framebuffer effects simultaneously.

Had a crash a few minutes ago,

It was contacting the server when trying to upload a profile, failed to contact server and got stuck at that screen.



OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit build 7600

Not an actual problem with the creator, but well, how do you erase an uploaded character from your character page? Thanks.

You can upload your characters by clicking the button at end of character creation.



The problem I have is there seems to be no way to delete the characters you don't like in your online profile.....
