yah, this is a big one!
nattford made a fabulous maxscript that would translate bvh files into the animation files used by the toolset. (i think they're called .ani) sadly, it doesn't work with gmax, as gmax doesn't handle bvh files.
blender uses python scripting for plug-ins, and it imports bvh files and supports rigging and whatnots. so i was wondering... if anybody could/would make a converter for DA animation files for it. (or has done, but i haven't found it.)
