I've played through the game 5 times and never gotten the final quest to talk to Merrill after A New Path (either after killing the clan or not).
My most recent fresh play was after 1.02 and I just did this quest a few hours ago. There was no quest, or even any indications of a quest. In fact, I had no idea this ending even existed until I read this thread o_O. If you go and talk to her again in her home, she just has her standard line about not fixing the holes in her roof.

Oh, mine's a retail box, Standard Edition - using Vista SP2 64 bit with latest ATI/AMD graphics update.

We didn't change any strings (I dont think) and definitely didnt change any combat mechanics in this patch. They'll be addressed in the next patch.

Two images from almost the same position. Texture on the wall visibly displaces (left part of the wall) .
Also, tile floor displaces, so it is not straight line anymore. Tesselated tiles make one line, not tesselated second. Same smal left to right shift.

Can't assign target

Can't assign center for AoE spell (although the circle appears at the last assigned focus, it won't even "stick" there after releasing the mouse button)
So now I have to hop from one character to another until I find one that will allow interaction. (Often this is NOT the character that was being controlled before the problem triggered.) Once that occurs, THEN able to go back to the "stuck" ones and assign new actions.
Have the SE retail disc install with patch 1.02, on Win7/64-bit, with nVidia 270.61 (14 Apr 2011) driver.
Problem has occurred from first playthrough on release day. Not a game-, just an immersion-breaker!

There is no bug in there (albeit one can say misleading description and bad balancing).
The minimum amount of Defense a character can have is 5%; you can't get lower than that even though your actual defense score based on your cunning is lower or even equal to 0.
Characters with low Cunning score will benefit much less from this than for example Rogues for apparent reasons- their defense increase from the ability will overlap with the defense threshold. If you'd test the effect of Arcane Shield on a rogue with 20% Defense you'd see it go up to 25%.

I just completed her personal quest, got the same conversation I had before the patch at the beginning of act 3, chose "whatever you do next we do it together" line, as before she said "we will" and nothing happened. The first time I had this conversation party lock appeared(that was month ago with patch 1.0.1), but after I reloaded it wouldn't appear anymore. Patch 1.02 didn't fix that.
Also, her mirror dissapeared after that conversation, but there was no cutscene with desctruction of mirror or something.

You could try to describe the bugs you're getting, in a little more detail, like when specifically are you getting the crashes with Leliana and what exactly is wrong with the barrels(in 3 playthroughs, I never had any issues with them). I'm pretty sure the developers can't evaluate the bugs, unless they know what they are dealing with. The issue with Repentance, has been experienced by many players, and I'm sure it will probably be addressed in the next patch. And yes there is only one quest on the Chanter's Board in Act I.

I also have this, i thought it was time for a new mouse at first. My left mouse button seems far too responsive even loading a game it happens twice, the 'confirm' box stays up and the keys stop responding. It doesn't really bother me but at least i won't go and buy a new mouse now knowing other people have similar probs.

I have this same problem in combat too, sometimes, I have to jump between character to get my mouse target anything at all. I mean mouse is moving, but can't target anything. It's pretty easy to notice as you can't select "enemies" as target or when trying to place AoE, the AoE circle is stuck and doesn't move.Thandal NLyman wrote...
