The only import issue I think I had was I killed the Architect in Awakening, but according to dialogue in Dragon Age 2, I didn't.

the xp bar in the inventory screen still fills up bout 3 times more then the graphic shows

sometimes, I have to jump between character to get my mouse target
anything at all. I mean mouse is moving, but can't target anything. It's
pretty easy to notice as you can't select "enemies" as target or when
trying to place AoE, the AoE circle is stuck and doesn't move.

Windows 7 64bit, Intel i5, AMD HD 5770 (8.712.0.0 / 8.14.0001.6099), DX11.

Luke Barrett replied about this issues a couple of posts ago. No point posting it 10 times.

input until you mouse over that portrait again. The same thing happens
with your skillbar except that the problem isn't as destructive. Being
addressed in the next patch - in the mean time, try using hotkeys to
select party members :)

I dislike how Varric appears to float on his chair during some of the mid-game cutscenes. He looks like he's sitting on a baby booster, and I find it highly distracting.
Otherwise, I do enjoy the game.

Demands of the Qun is bugged sometimes and I don't know what triggers it.

Although I do have the 'Worthy Rival' Achievement the Arishok summons his Honor Guards. Last time I did the quest on the same character(I was trying something and now I'm actually doing it) he didn't summon the guards.

Could it have something to do with the method of entry to the Viscount's Keep? Last time I used Orsino's Diversion, this time I took the frontal assault path.

Does this bug affect my game in any way except the summoning of the four Honor Guards?

i've seen a video where anders in a rival romance sides with hawke and the templars but i have never gotten this even choosing all conversation options, i was wondering if its a bug and its just not flagged right ?

Strangely enough, I do not get Nate if my Awakening import did not spare the architect, I've tried on many saves. I did get him when I imported my warden who did spare the architect.

I've imported many Alistair romance wardens, and without the before mentioned patch the romance is not acknowledged. I can however say that with that mod, my GW Alisistair romance was acknowledged in act 2 with Alistair, and my mistress was acknowledged in Act 3. Not sure why others are having trouble with that. (Don't know about Zevran)

I'm noticing that when using "Vendetta" (Duelist spec) my character does the damage but sometimes doesn't actually go to the enemy. O_o Not a big deal but I don't remember it being like that before 1.02.

I still cannot run Dragon Age II - after pressing play, nothing happens.
I have tried several reinstalls, minimized the playconfig to DX 9, minimum resolution, reinstalled 3-4 times, tried admin right, turned off UAC, on UAC, run as administrator, etc etc... I have tried it all...

The game still woun't run.

Windows 7 - X64
DxDiag sent to EA, no info from them on the issue.

Please help, BioWare!

yeah nates quest doesnt always fire for me either and occassionally when it does it keeps saying the architect was spared when i killed him :{

Hi, I'm adding my testimony to those experiencing APPHANG/CRASH errors. It occurs randomly, usually in a fight or cinematic, takes me back to windows, and I can't play for more than 10 minutes between two crashes. I stopped playing when I got to Kirkwall.

My Specs: I7 2600k, NVidia GTX570, chipset P67, 8Go, Win7 64 home Premium sp1.
My settings: DX11, Very High, HD texture pack, patch 1.02 (same crashes with 1.00), NVidia driver 270.61 whql (latest).

The most frequent error is AppHangB1. Windows task manager says that DA2 process isn't responding, and I can still hear the ambiant track. Using Alt-Tab or clicking on the minimized DA2 icon has no effect. I kill the process and here is the details I get:

After completing Merrill's Act III companion quest (A New Path?), and killing the keeper and her clan, I got no resolving dialog with her. The silence was eerie.

I had max friendship with her and was romancing. Perhaps the problem was that after slaughtering her village (angst!) I went back up Sundermount to rob a few graves (hey, I am thorough) before leaving.

I really wish I had received the resolving dialog bit where she expresses her horror at the outcome.

Edit: After replaying it, Anders spoke with her briefly before we left Sundermount. I had no dialog with her, but perhaps this was due to the dialog choices I had made with her earlier, inside the Pride's End cave.  (I told her that the Keeper had been stupid.)  I still would have liked more resolution, as killing off her tribe was more than a touch disturbing.

Another Bug:

At the beginning of Act 3 after "Isabela's Regret" I get two different journal entries in one. The first part of the entry ends with "You're reading too much into it." while the second part ends with "I didn't do it for them, I did it for you. It was always about you."

Btw. is the bug list even updated anymore?

I've gotten 2 every time I romanced Isabela. I figure one's supposed to be for romance and one for friendship / rivalry?

I know that the patch was supposed to fix the Merrill Act 3 quest so that the post-"A New Path" conversation would stop running before the quest could actually be completed, and it has...

Unfortunately after completing the quest and leaving Sundermount, I never got the option or quest to talk to Merrill back at her place afterwards. The quest is listed a complete in my journal though.

Please fix the Enigma of Kirkwall codex entry in the Viscount Keep during Act 1 on the PC. Console players can get it by spamming buttons by the painting/vase in the Seneshal's room. "A" for Xbox 360 I believe. Not sure for PS3. It cannot be obtained on PC as of right now. "R" doesn't seem to work for codex updates in the world and clicking sure doesn't do anything. Please fix this as soon as possible so I can finally go to Act 2. I am very OCD about stuff like this. Thank you! :)

Have you started a new playthrough or continued playing an old save that you started in 1.01. I started a new playthrough and the conversation did not run, before the quest.

I had this also but it was fixed after the 1.02 patch and has been fine since. Im not sure if i did anything differently although i did load a different save, the one before the post campaign i think. Maybe try a couple.

This is from a new post patch playthrough. And what I am saying is that while I don't have the old problem anymore where Merill's post Act 3 mission conversation occurs before I can gwt the mission, I now have a problem where the conversation mission doesn't appear at all in my journal or when I try to talk to her at her home. I just finished her mission, and that was it, no follow up or anything, even though there obviously is supposed to be one as we've seen before.

When using blood magic, Hawke keeps saying "I'm exhausted", while he has full health bar. I assume that the game checks mana instead of health.

Finished the game. Until the end had unfinished act of mercy quest. There was rumor about group of mages being delivered to gallows, but that never happened.

Images come to mind of Viscount Hawke "I'm disappearing forever, and I'm TAKING THE CORPSE WIT' ME!"
Hawke didn't seem like the necrophiliac type to me, what with all the opening whup-ass on corpses.

Don't know if this was mentioned, but Disorienting Criticals STILL doesn't work. Sketchy on the Details and Who Needs Rescuing? are still uncompleteable. After Isabela left in To Catch A Thief, she still somehow showed up at the Hawke Estate to talk to my dog. Leandra calls Orana "An elven slave" even if you PAY her. Healers get Heal-locked on the dog (If the tactic is Ally: Health <50%, the healer will continue to unsuccessfully heal the dog). Sorry in advance for any repeats.

How are the devs supposed to know which bug to fix, when you're not saying what it is?
