I haven't seen these listed yet.
There are bigger issues at large, definitely, but any issue is an issue. Take that, logic.
I started over when 1.02 was released, using an imported Awakenings save.
1) Doors that you can interact with disappear in certain areas. In my 1.01 attempt for example, when I first went to Anders' clinic and the cutscene of him healing the child played, it was triggered by me opening the door to his clinic. After the cutscene in 1.01, those doors were still there. After the same cutscene in 1.02, the doors to his clinic disappear permanently for the rest of the act, but they do come back for act 2. Along the same line, some doors in The Hanged Man exist during the day and do not during the night. And why doesn't Varric's living space have a door? Seems like he's the type that would need one.
2) In Gamlen's house, all quest-initiating mail is dismissed with an Accept button, and is then deleted. All 'filler' mail for lore purposes is dismissed with a Read button, and is then deleted. In the Hawke Estate in act 2, the read and accept buttons are seemingly arbitrary, and the only two that work like in Gamlen's house are for Night Terrors and Underground Railroad, the rest of the mail stays on the writing table indefinitely.
3) Shouldn't there be a way to turn off the shimmer around the "Change Party" horn thing?
4) After The Long Road, the duty roster stays posted and Guardsman Brennan stays glued to it. Maybe intentional, I don't know, but it looks to me like an oversight on tying up the effects of a quest.
5) In the journal, there's a section for "Letters And Notes" that contain most the game's filler material, but then right below that is a "Notes" section that contains the Grey Warden Letters. Stuff like this just screams "bad communication" - whoever was responsible for the cohesion between programmers wasn't doing their job.
Again, I know this is pretty small stuff, but DA:O only got to v1.04 before patching was abandoned, and without a toolset for DA2, pretty much all bug-fixes have to come from you guys.
