Recently, I've heard that Leliana's codex page is bugged.

For example, if you import a character from DAO in which you romanced her, you should get a codex page that makes a reference to said romance. But instead, the most likely page you get is the one that doesn't mention anything of a romance.
This would also be the same for when Leliana was either killed and was never recruited / left your party; the most likely you'd get was the one for when you didn't romance her.

Okay, some new bugs I've never had chance to notice before:

During the final battle with Orsino (my guy sided with Templars, and am now facing the Harvester version of the mage), Bethany's hair turns white and remains that way during this battle, only to revert back to it's natural color.  Of course, I do have mods installed for color: Pineapple's Vibrant Hair 1.

Also, none of the kills for the Sketch quest are triggering the journal.

During the All that Remains quest, I killed Dupuis (and laughed heartily as I did so), but, after killing Quentin, and my PC is holding his dying mother, Dupuis' voice gives its 'there's nothing that can be done' dialogue.  He isn't there, being dead and all, but its his voice giving the information.  Weird what blood mages can do, eh?

You mean she didn't come back DURING the confrontation with the Arishok? Because she disappears one way or the other, but if your friendship/rivalry is high enough, she comes back

Happens without the mod as well. Not only that, I've seen the same happen with Carver in the final battle against Meredith. White hair during the battle, normal before and afterwards.

Question would be: Are there plans to provide/update high res texture packs for future game items [add ons/bonus items specifically armor]?

Not sure if this can be classified as a bug but the 'All classes Items Pack', or generally all of the new items are not matched to the 'High Resolution Texture Patch'. I understand this is a purely vanity type issue but the armor texture stands out clearly.

I at first thought that something was wrong with my vid card [especially during cutscenes]. It appears pixelated, if that is the correct word, basically one omnipresent low-res item in a high-res world. I am guessing that this will happen with every future new item or add on.

Yep. What you said (that's why i told about ~80% friendship). And i promised to give relic to her, and this is my third playthrough - so this is very annoying. I don't really care for Isabella, but now i won't get Ambrosia. Sweet.

I still have 'Raiders on the Cliffs' quest in early Act 2 bugging out... I kill everyone and when I go back to the Liutenant that gives the quest she still goes into the same dialogue as when the quest starts. I thought it would be fixed in 1.02 patch but its not even mentioned. I initially rolled my saves back to before I initiated the quest but I must have tripped some flag because when i initiate the quest now the raiders on the sides of the camp do not trigger combat anymore, I have to get all the way into the center where the mage is before they all attack me. Please fix this in 1.03.. its been really really annoying doing this quest over and over just to see it be broken at the end.

Strange bug I encountered last night: Merrill's Questioning Beliefs quest appeared in my journal during the second act, but when I went to speak with her, it would not trigger. So, I gave up and advanced to the third act. It triggered then, completely throwing off the RP (I mean, really? We're three years later discussing Pol's running like a scared little girl from Merrill?).

So... One month after 1.02 released... any news about next patch?
Also i know, that 1.04 is in the way... probably will come in June, but 1.03 will come in May yes? ^_^

There are plans to have Hi-Res versions of the item pack items. No ETA on it but I can say it IS being worked on directly right now, just not sure how far along they are.

I honestly don't mean to be rude or disrespectful nor am I trying to stir up trouble but why didn't they come with them already?
 
It is not like the game with a drop dead date. It is just, well,  just DLC and only items at that. Shouldn't the big factor for selling them be their visual appearance along with their statistics?
 
Seriously, I am trying to understand why an issue this simple (to me) took place. I also bring it up because I really don't have the desire to purchase anything that may not live up to high standards in the future.
 
Again, no disrespect intended Luke; you are of the rare gems that actually communicate well with clients.
 
Perhaps this is also not the best place for this discussion either but it seems appropriate..

No ETA right now. I wouldn't expect it anytime before next friday, so sometime after that?

As for the reason why the HIREZ item pack items didnt get included. I can honestly say I have no idea - I just thought I'd let you know that I've heard there is a plan to get them out as soon as we can. I mostly report here off 2nd hand knowledge by keeping my ear to the ground on all things Dragon Age related.

Gives me plenty of time to finish my Dalish playthrough and actually get through Awakenings, Witch Hunt and Golems.

I don't mind the wait, because I haven't picked it up yet, but for future DLC, you should file it as a bug if it doesn't have PC high-res textures during development.

I think it's worth a little nag every once in a while. And if they have to look at your bug report for every single DLC, maybe they'll work harder on setting up the tool-chain to have high-res packs available right from the start. :-)

 I would like to know if the Finding Nathaniel quest bug is going to be addressed.  Personally I'm getting sick of replaying Act One, and modifiying my Awakening save, to try to keep Fools Gold from poping up at the begining of Act 2.

In all my Awakening games Nathaniel has survied, I've played with the Architect surving and dying.  Anders and Nathaniel were both hardened at the end of Awakening. But I have yet to get any game to trigger the Finding Nathaniel quest. 

Please let me know if there is a fix to this or if it's going to be addressed.

Bugs aside, something that would be nice is if they did an add-on pack that replaced some of the recycled levels with unique ones (similar to the way they released a hi-res texture pack). That would also remove/mitigate one of the major gripes most people have with the game.

I mentioned this to you before, Luke,, and I don't know that it's a bug, rather an inconvenience, but on the PC at least, using an ability that knocks an enemy back causes your character to lose focus. You have to retarget and reattack.

This has nothing to do with fast closing or ablities like stonewall.

I have exactly the same issue with patch 1.02. First the video in the cutscene freezes and the sound continues, I hear as somebody is running. Then the game folds like when pressing alt-tab. In the task manager I can see that the application doesn't respond. I have the only choice to close it, as switching to it doesn't provide any results.
Windows 7 64-bit, GeForce GTX570, Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
All settings are on max, except VSync which is off. Hi-res textures are installed. During the false story battle everything works flawless with these settings without any slight resemblance of any lag. So it doesn't look like a performance issue.

I tried a few more times. It actually crashes randomly. Looks exactly like the crashes I had with the demo in dx11. I am sure switching to dx9 will solve my issue, but it won't satisfy me. I spent $400 on a new graphics card specifically to play Dragon Age 2 in dx11. I am sure I could play it quite fine in dx9 even with my old GTX260.
I will try lowering some setting down to finally switching to dx9. I will post it here if I find any combination that makes my game stable in dx11. If not, then it is likely that I will end up playing The Witcher 2 in the end. I would never preorder Bioware Signature Edition if I knew the game will end up to be that buggy and unstable, and that I still will have major issues even after the second patch.

Added: It looks like updating of graphics card's BIOS solved my issue. I never did that before, so I haven't even thought about it at first. Now I can play in dx11 with everything on max.

Have tried every suggestion I've found here or on any other site (and believe me, I have *scoured* the net for a fix) but I still get black screen > freeze > crash randomly when playing in DX11. I have a machine that is up for the task, and a pretty new GPU (NVIDIA 580), and am currently on my third play-through of the game. I don't know yet if there will be a fourth or fifth, so I'd REALLY like to get that fixed asap. The difference in visual quality is huge, but so far, absolutely nothing (including my own ideas) have worked. Please tell me the patch is coming soon and this issue will be fixed.

I'm begging here.

Not angry, just frustrated after seeing how beautiful this game can be,

Yeah, the difference is really immense. I bought my GTX570 in the late February, but the BIOS update for it was released only in the mid April. And I learned about it only on the day of my previous post in this topic, when I became absolutely angry with those crashes. I cursed BioWare for all that time. Turned out not their fault at all in my case. The accursed Gigabyte released a fixed BIOS after the whole several months from the release of that graphics card I have. Not sure if I will ever buy any of their graphics cards ever again. But on the other hand, what if the other manufacturers don't bother even with that, seeing as a lot of people still have similar issues? I am also starting to suspect that maybe it is actually better to avoid buying OCd graphics cards, seeing as they sometimes turn out to have stability issues. My previous graphics card was OC too, and though I never had any freezes with it, I had to manually set its fan to 100% speed in order to avoid overheating with most modern games.
