I'd like to see you post this to every person who whines that the ME serious doesn't have any gay romances
And the people who say this also claim ME is unrealistic because it doesn't?JabbaDaHutt30 wrote...

It has nothing to do with 'what they want'. Qunari, elves, dwarves, are believable in the context of a fantasy setting; making everyone bisexual is... less common.
First, "everyone" isn't.
Second, it's less common according to what? Our world? This isn't our world.
It doesn't matter what there reasoning is if as you say a writer should be able to write as they want.

And how do suggestions and requests change that?

Unless you're really ugly. In which case it doubles the rate that you're turned down.
Which would be a bummer.

Ha! My straight brother also went for that elf, before realising there was more than meets the eye. His expression when the elf started talking was hilarious!
He went back for a second go though.
So... bioware turned him gay?

I already answered that. It is less common for the fantasy genre to have this, unless we're talking about some sexualized fantasy work here.
my initial point was that the presence of common fantasy themes in a fantasy setting is not a plausible argument for themes not specifically related to the fantasy genre to be seen as just as less believable as typical fantasy races in the context of a fantasy setting, if implemented.

Sorry, you can't argue that one thing is unrealistic in a genre that's inherently unrealistic, especially as the fact that 4 people you know happen to be bisexual is not implausable.

I am not talking about realism, or at least, realism strictly according to our world. I am talking about the 'realism', or plausibility of the Dragon Age setting: the fantasy setting which BioWare has created. If you'd look back on my posts, you'd see I never even used the word 'realism' ( you did ) as to avoid confusion or deliberate misinterpretation.
There are certain stories best left to another setting. I would not choose to tell the stories of talking tables or candlesticks and mice making dresses in the Dragon Age setting, because I believe that is a theme best treated by fables. It is not specifically related to a dark fantasy setting, therefore I would initially object to something like that appearing in Dragon Age. We could go around in circles all day, arguing about which is more plausible: talking candlesticks or mice walking on two feet, tailoring dresses for princesses, or creating an 'old god baby' by slaying a corrupted, ancient dragon, once worshipped as a god -- his soul seeking the last person I've had sex with.

Do not go to the blooming rose there are transexuals that look like females but they have manly deep pitched voices epic trap Bioware you fooled me and I lost 2 sovereigns (if I spelt that right) so my hat goes of to you guys *claps*
If you follow me over here folks, this is a prime example of one who can not take a joke.
Just lawl. This was meant to be funny and have a resemblance to real life. First off, I'm not going to criticize you for the whole using the brothel thing, not only because it'd be too easy, but because I see the point in testing what would happen, though if your so mad over 2 sovereings, you should have just saved and reloaded after. Second, in real life, when you deal with "working girls," it's not impossible to meet what you think is a woman until you've already payed your due. Don't believe me? Watch any episode of Cops.

Why are people even going to the Rose anyhow for their lovin'? If you wanted a ho, there's always Isabela. You know she's female and she doesn't take your coin.
Well, the elf is female from what I can see, just wasn't.. always female. Who says Isabela just didn't get a much better surgon? >>
