Anyway, this James Sanders is probably related to Kahlee in some way because writers don't normally give characters similar names in order to prevent confusion. I'm just worried about this turning into the Metal Gear solid series where everybody is related and/or knows each other no matter how unlikely all of them meeting over the course of four games.

Center, under the chest strap thing: you've got the thicker central yellow part bordered by the thinner black bars.  It's just not neat and clean like in-game graphics because it's a painting, but the basic design is discernable.  Plus, look at the black/yellow/white color scheme: that's a Cerberus thing too.

A. Some random dude who gets killed off early in the game. (Jenkins, Wilson)

B. Some random dude who joins the squad permanently and ends up being the most boring party member. (Kaidan, Jacob)

Cerberus color scheme, other people in the article that are referred to as cerberus wear near identical armor, i'm thinking its just a dead space style helmet because cerberus isn't big on hiring aliens

So i just put two and two together and James sanders is not the sniper from the trailer, but in the books anderson and sanders bang if i remeber correctly so yeah thats my theory.

The Cerberus girl is human it's just the glare/effect for the artwork. iIn other photos I've seen of the male heavy Cerberus guys they have four red sliver lights that if the light was so and the camera say flashed when shooting them would produce a four eyed laser effect like she has. A trick of the camera. Cerberus doesn't employ aliens unless they all got indoctrinated and now suddenly work with aliens.
