As reported here, the Dragon Age II 1.02 patch is now available for the PC and Mac systems and includes over 100 fixes.

The console version of this patch will be known as the 1.01 Title Update and is still undergoing final certification with Microsoft and Sony. We expect them to release late this week or early next. We will notify you when we know more.
