This issue existed pre 1.02 and continues now that 1.02 is installed. The game goes through the Bioware/EA Splash screen, the, the starting screen shows up and says "Click to Enter" or "Press a Key to Enter". I click, press, slam wham and yell at all my keys to no avail. I cannot get past that screen.
I have no clue what happened. Thanks in advance.

OK...here is a new write up using the format provided (Thanks).
3. Problem Details
The game goes through the Bioware/EA Splash screen, the, the starting screen shows up and says "Click to Enter" or "Press a Key to Enter". I click, press, slam wham and yell at all my keys to no avail. I cannot get past that screen.
a. When it comes to problem details, think about the five basic questions: Who? What? When? Where? Why? Okay, so “Who?” doesn't really apply here, but the others do.
>>Happens every time I try and load the game. It happened randomly in 1.01. It still happens with 1.02.
b. What? What is the nature of the problem that you're seeing?
>>I see the boot screen that says "Click to enter" and I do it and nothing happens
c. When? When does the problem occur? Every time you engage in a particular action or only after so many hours of play?
>>Every time when I load the game. Even after a full restart
d. Where? Where does the problem occur? Is the problem localized to a particular planet or does it occur everywhere?
>>Start up
e. Why? As much as possible, can you isolate the problem to a specific set of steps?
>>See above ... not many steps

Did you install the game (as well as run the patch exes) as admin? As well, I'd recommend installing the game outside the Programs or Programsx86 folder if you haven't done that.

Yeah I do everything as an admin. What's wierd is that the game ran for a long time just fine. I am just starting Act 2 ... and took a few week break to play the latest LOTRO patch. And then I come back and all of a sudden it'not not working. I might have to uninstall, reinstall before this is over :-/
