Ok, this is weird. I can't not have Arcane shield. Even though i respec and went with Elemental weapons instead, and didn't invest any points into Arcane shield, i have it. I even respec again and didn't invest in it, but it popped up again. And when i do respec, it adds one extra talent point. The point from Arcane shield.
Ive know about the Makers sign glitch, but this doesn't seem like this is it. Im not getting any extra specialization points, and its only Arcane shield that keeps popping back up.
I can't not have Arcane shield...

That's the makers sigh bug. It can trigger off of having Arcane Shield in your tactics/toolbar if you save/reload after re specializing, apparently. It really bothered me, since I had the same problem with Walking Bomb. I mean, if I had to get one point in the spirit tree for free, walking bomb was the coolest, but it felt unfair, so I used the console to remove the point.

Im not going to be getting negative modifiers now am i? I did have passives that i respeced like Arcane shield, but they're not reappearing as if i invested in them like Archane shield.
