Ok, this is weird. I can't not have Arcane shield. Even though i respec and went with Elemental weapons instead, and didn't invest any points into Arcane shield, i have it. I even respec again and didn't invest in it, but it popped up again. And when i do respec, it adds one extra talent point. The point from Arcane shield.
Ive know about the Makers sign glitch, but this doesn't seem like this is it. Im not getting any extra specialization points, and its only Arcane shield that keeps popping back up.
I can't not have Arcane shield.

It's likely a Maker's Sigh issue; it manifests in multiple ways

They are fixed in the upcoming patch but if you've already done the damage, that will not be fixed. Using Maker's Sigh post 1.02 will work as intended.

That will be fixed but again, if you've already baked those passives in to your saves they will be permanent. We're currently working on a fix to specifically address this issue in characters that have already been afflicted but the current timeline for that is the next patch, which, as I'm sure you're seeing, is a lengthy process.
