[Meldread]

I've recently had a massive hard drive failure, lost most of my data, and was forced to purchase a new drive. Since I was forced to do this I also upgraded to Windows 7 in the process.

As a result, I'm going to have to re-download all of the DLC content I purchased for Dragon Age:  Origins. However, I've encountered a problem that I don't know how to solve. When I load the game and login nothing appears in the tabs. Nothing is installed (obviously), nothing is downloading, and nothing is available for download.

I've searched the forums and read over some of the stuff in a stickied thread, but didn't really understand what I was supposed to do. (I didn't find the instructions very clear.)

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so – how did you fix it? Alternatively, if you haven't experienced the problem, but know of a thread on this forum where its discussed and solved I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

Just to be clear: I'm using Windows 7. My problem is that I'm unable to download any DLC content due to nothing loading or appearing in the tabs after logging in.
