Applogies if this has been mentioned before, But the isabella outfit issue is still present after the 1.2 (pc) patch.

As a test I  loaded a save just prior to exiting the deep roads i.e unlocking the door. I played though to the point of starting the isabela romance.at the start of the post 'rutting' dialoge the outfit change does manifest but reverts after the 'what about love' dialoge. iit's changed one sec and gone the next litraly.

Granted its not a major issue I've not tested any of the other fixes yet but i thought it was worth comenting on.
