Ive been trying to set up an account for my games so i can access my promo stuff like my da2(borrowed copy) sir isaac of clarke armor. I had an account on here but i really want to delete it, every time i try to do so a happy little message pops up saying "unable to delete account at this time" this happens EVERY TIME i try to delete my account. after many tries i thot id try to make another account and i did, i go to do the promo code thing and it said make sure to use the email attached to ur game account. well **** i just used an old email for this and its not attached to my gamertag, so i go to delete it. guess what? not only did it say i cant delete this account it did something completely absurd. IT SWITCHED ACCOUNTS ON ME! now im back to my first account trying to delete it instead of the previous >.< well i thought the third time is the charm and i make another account this time the one attached to my gt, i go check my account info, now its some asinine email that i dont even think is real, and i cant delete this account either. all in all i have around 5 accounts(that every time i access and switch to a new page it switches to another acc) that i cant delete and i really REALLY want to delete them and start one from scratch. how would i go about doing this? please help im at wit's end, all i want is my dead space armor

p.s. about 3 of these accounts are attached to ea accounts which the website doesnt even give the option to delete their accounts.

You cannot delete an account until one week after its creation and when it's been one week since you've used it to post to the forums. You could also contact EA Support about making sure you have your right entitlements (such as promo gear) on the account you want.

ok sounds good, can u explain why the accounts switch around so much tho?
