One important thing to keep in mind: this won't give you more quickslots than the game supports (hardcoded at 50 it seems) BUT it will allow you to use more quickslots than your display resolution might normally support unless you have a cinema display (and even then a 2000px wide quickbar is a pain).
3 rows (click to enlarge):

2 rows (click to enlarge):

And you can probably guess what one row looks like.
It's self stacking in that as you drag the quickbar shorter, it starts stacking slots up to three rows (I'll have to create some external option to allow you to cap it to less than three rows if you want).
I'm not entirely happy with the experience/effects bar getting in the way. I quickly made it so it moves above the stacked quickbar, but that looks kind of weird to me. I could try automatically shrinking it, but that might make it unreadable to some people. If I moved it to another location on the screen altogether, then that might also be a solution, but probably not a favourable one. I suppose one crazy option could be rotating it on its side. Or maybe I should just offset the second and third bars by it and leave it in place. Suggestions are welcome.
The whole experience/effects bar getting in the way is a lot less of a problem on a high resolution, wide screen display.
One last thing - it should be compatible with anakin5's Advanced Quickbar even, since this is just a pure UI mod.
Adding to this, perhaps for later, maybe make it so you can scroll through the rows (i.e., 3 for the space of 2), and maybe put some up vertically on the side of the screen - but those I probably couldn't really make resizable since I can't practically save and later restore two sets of positions, unless you configured that in an external app. A compact experience/effects bar might also be more practical if I were to optionally separate some parts out.
