Ok I managed to open some missing ports and got it through, I entered the code, selected the language version of the game, and when I clicked on "continue" I got another "free gift": a screen telling me that my code has already been used.
Say what? I´m glad this was for free, cuz I´ll ever EVER buy something via that horrible EADM.

I got the same issue.
When I checked my order history, there is no record of my attempt to download ME2, but when I try to redeem the same code, it states that it has already been redeemed.
