The

div.group_discussion_post_content

(the body of any post made in a group discussion) rule has an

overflow: auto

attribute. I don't know if past tests have proven it required but it is blocking the middle mouse (at least, autoscroll) in IE7. It works fine in IE8, Firefox 3.5, Opera 10.1, and Safari 4.0.3.
