Not sure where to put issues with my Bioware account but it involves this game so I'll put it here.  I recently re-installed windows on my computer wiping my hard drive in the process.   I had asaved game in Act 3 with the DLC installed and i can't load it without the DLC installed, but when I log into my account and go to "offical DLC" tab doesn't give me the option to download it. it only give me the option to buy it again.   SOo basically, I;m stuck until I can get tacess to those files back, unless I want to replay most of the game.  PLlease help.  Thanks in advance.

Of what I can understand you went to the wrong tab for downloading the dlc. It's done from this page:
