I have a directx 11 card ATI Radeon HD 4800 and just downloaded the latest drivers given on the Patch 1.02 page for Dragon Age II. I had this problem before the update however, and I have no idea what to, can anyone help me out with this? =D

The HD 4000 series including the HD 48xx cards is DirectX 10.1 capable only, not DirectX 11.
For "Very High" detail settings in Dragon Age II, a true DirectX 11 card is needed, for Radeons that's from the HD 5000 series upwards (like the HD 58xx cards for example).
