rally says it increases man/stam regenration by +200 , not sure exactly what this means in real terms . Does everyone get 200 mana/stam when its used , or is it 200% regen rate increase that ends up as actually only a tiny percentage increase in real terms.

Now that it's fixed Rally is amazing.
60% mana/stamina regeneration to the party.
+60% elemental resistances if you use it with Elemental Aegis.
+20 fortitude if used with Turn the Blade, great when your squishies are getting sniped by archers.
Might + Muscle gives you +25% critical damage, now combine that with a rogue using Assassinate+Mark of Death+Brittle. Or if your mage uses Death Hex (100% critical rate).

What exactly was wrong with Rally in the first place? I don't have the patch yet because I play on console so I can't judge the differences

It didn't apply the effects from sustainables, you only got the mana/stamina regen. Which is still pretty funky.

Oh wow, that's a shame.  I've been using it at the start of every fight to apply Might to my whole party, haha.  At least I know it'll work definitely when the patch comes out.

rally is now the best threat gainining sustained..have aveline sustain good stuff and pass it with rally to companions is just invaluable(especially elemental aegis witch gives 60% resistances)

Does the patch fix rally in old saves or do you have to start a new game?
